By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. We've written these Terms in plain language to help you understand your rights and responsibilities.

6. Payments and Refunds

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. When you purchase a subscription:

• Secure Processing: All payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full credit card details.
• Subscription Management: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account profile.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and include applicable taxes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous service, but:

• Uptime: We aim for high availability but may experience occasional downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues.
• Content Updates: Platform content may be updated, improved, or occasionally removed to maintain quality and relevance.
• Support: We provide email support and aim to respond within 48 hours during business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MLAD.ai provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

Either you or we can terminate your access to the platform:

• By You: You can close your account at any time through your account settings.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate reasons.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may download your user content before closing your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform and give you at least 30 days to review changes before they take effect.
